Need help  call 800-842-8789. Before you buy  read the Knowledge Base under RESOURCES on homepage.  Installs after the compressor and before the airtank.  The drain valve on the bottom of the tank still should be emptied on a regular basis.  It is best to install the filter AFTER the tank  but it will cut down the flow of the air to the valves from tank
